			<description><![CDATA[ Boy, this room has grown shabby. Cob webs in the corners and all the art work is so 19th century. Surely we can take down a Carot or twelve to make room for something more modern. And no, not pictures of mushrooms or big eyed children. Any ideas of how to spruce up the place would be greatly appreciated.Let us see if we can revive the Arts Council.
